Hundreds of people live in the streets while there is like 13’000 appartments on Airbnb.
cyberpotatoYep it’s not really the lack of housing here that is the problem. More so that landlords don’t want to sell since they make more money in the long term by renting.

bob_wileyWhy build more when there are 13,000 on AirBnB being used to investments instead of housing. Sounds like some regulation may be needed. Although, I also hear the AirBnB market might be collapsing as it’s become over saturated. I have little sympathy for the people who tried to turn renting out a spare room into a real estate empire.
Because then we can have Airbnbs for tourists, and housing for workers as well?
Tourists can stay in hotels.
