My right breast just cannot stay in the cup and starts to slowly slip partly down as the day goes on. Ive even used the calculator at r/abtf and tried on probably a dozen sizes in my search. This bra is perfect when everything’s in place, but give me an hour and I’ll inevitably have to awkwardly find a chance to pull it back up again 🙃🙃 very frustrated today lol

I have wondered if my chest to shoulder ratio is different from the standard because my straps never stay up no matter the bra or how much I adjust them. It’s always been this way.

I stopped wearing them as much as possible. When I feel I need to I wear bralettes with no underwire. Nuudi brand is like pantyhose and so far they’re the best support/comfort ratio, a little pricey for my cheap ass ($40), but probably not for most regular people who buy things in regular stores. They don’t last very long because of the material so there’s definitely drawbacks, but combined with wearing them as infrequently as possible the remain the best choice for me. I’m always on the look out for other good options tho hint hint if anyone is reading this lol

I’d say stop wearing a wired bra if you can. I know from my own experience that kind of thing is impossible to correct, but with bralettes it doesn’t happen to me anymore. Boobs just have their own personalities, you know? Lol

Your right and left boobs just are different sizes, you might need a half size bigger for that breast. I wear cloth bralets cause fuck wired bras… but you might not be able to.

i have some well made (very expensive) wired bras, that don’t require adjusting. Some less well made bras get very uncomfortable after a few hours.
