Depends on your setup.
First and simplest options: get rid of the facebook app, messenger, etc. Use the website instead. Use something that isn’t a chrome browser, like firefox with arkenfox addon. Or librewolf. Or tor.
Use an app like rethink dns or invizible pro for your phone (android only) to block domains and use your own resolvers.
On linux use dnscrypt-proxy or any other self hosted resolver.

and use UBLOCK ORIGIN
