Refreshing my ongoing #MutualAidRequest with an update.

Still struggling with stamina - all of my resources are going to getting used to the chemo pills.

It’s as rough as two days a month of IV chemo, but it’s spread out over a month & no nurses are there to help.

I still need help. I still can’t work.

Ko-fi

Instead of being moderately ill and mostly asleep for a week, I have about 3 hours of… digestive disagreement, to put it delicately , every day, as I get used to the treatment..

At night I have sleep disturbances.

Complicating this is of course, having #LongCOVID. My need for daily, rather than just nightly oxygen, has increased.

My heart is under a bit more strain.

But. I lived. The meds got in me before I died. I’m confident I would not have made it to October without community help.

Thank you so much. Because of you I have more good news.

In my forced down time I have become better through

rest,

sabbatical from work & community organizing

a 29 day a month Twitter black out,

an hour per week in the rest of the social sites (combined)

And increased meditation.

It has been slow, steady and hard. But it is working. In 60 days I even have opportunities for returning to work.
