I say this because this is my ideal too. I prefer it to just be tiny friends who want to hang out around my paws, give them licks and rubs.
Or just hang out around other parts of me. I don’t have to be all dommy about it, we can just chill while you’re shrunk.

I have nothing against folks who prefer a stronger dom/sub stance! It's merely generally not for me (and at times can feel off-putting if someone asks me for that).
I'm much more into providing physical attention the bigger critter enjoys while enjoying myself. Petting fluff, rubbing soles, hugs and kisses, etc… Emotionally considered an equal, but physically far overpowered.
A lot of my macro/micro desires are inspired by my love of weighted blankets, hence how much I like being affectionately overwhelmed/affectionately overwhelming others.

Probably my favorite aspect is friends doing things because the other likes it. Both with and without dom/sub aspects.
