So, the GOP is against clean water and for train derailments? Good to know.

Building things, improving things, jobs, are all investments that pay off in the future. But no, let's just stagnate according to Republicans.

Anything to do with regulation, safety, or oversight is usually first to go for the GOP. Extra money to harass queer folks or deny women autonomy is cool, though.
