clifftigerGood and sad news at the same time. Had the same thought lately whith Nepal legalizing same-sex marriage as the first country in the region.
tryptaminev 🇵🇸 🇺🇦 🇪🇺keep in mind that many european countries only legalized same sex marriage in the last ten years. in Germany it was only in 2017. It is not that long ago. In the same wake it is only 30 years that homosexuality was finally scraped from criminal law and to this day men that were convicted under these laws are considered to have a criminal record because those convictions were never removed, despite them having consensual sex with another men being legal now.
Yeah. That’s sad too.
Btw. i think criminal records are removed now in Germany. But that also happened far too late and the compensations are ridiculous low.
