No, they must simply be a natural-born citizen. An American born to American parents is American, no matter where the extraction takes place. Dirt does not enter the equation.
So, a child born on American soild but to non-citizens is not granted citizenship? Or is it just not considered natural-born? Or is it and dirt enters that equation?
