Most likely. This article is way to gloomy. Wait for what happens when the war in Ukraine is over, and hundreds of billions of euros of investment pour into Ukraine.

You can see that it’s not cyclical from the US comparison. The US is subject to the same global economic environment and has decisively widened its lead.
