Ducky One 2 SF Tab and Esc stopped working - lemm.ee

hello wonderful folks, I have a Ducky One 2 SF and recently my Tab and Esc key stopped working. I’ve taken the keyboard apart (as much apart can be taken without de-soldering the switches) and cleaned it all out. The switch itself works (verified using a multi meter and shorting the pins in the back with a screwdriver) however the signal isn’t sent to the computer. I’ve verified using a keyboard tester website to verify that every other key is registering except these 2. Anyone run into something similar?

hold both windows keys until the keyboard flashes and see if it works after that

I tried holding down windows and fn key until it flashed, it seemed to have reset my keyboard and made fn the top layer but still no go on the esc and tab.
