My rough understanding is that all of the "new" cards are not being put into draft boosters, and are only appearing in the pre-cons, as well as randomly being inserted (likely in low numbers) in the Set and Collector boosters.

The full set hasn't yet been spoiled, and the product breakdowns aren't out, but if this is the case, I suspect the Commander decks will jump even higher after release.

However, I'm also complete skipping this set. The price erosion is going to be absurd.
