Today’s walk: dropped off my ballot first thing this morning, then walked north to 520, which was closed to cars but open to pedestrians—so quiet! Then north on the Kirkland Connector to the new Totem Lake pedestrian bridge, up the Eastrail to the Lake Sammamish Trail, and then west to Bothell. 69,575 steps, 34.4 miles. Shout out to Chateau St Michelle for giving me water when I ran out, and to the two genius kids selling lemonade on the trail just west of Woodinville. (They even took Venmo!)
@paulconstant cool, we probably crossed paths at some point! I biked the 520 Trail from Seattle, went up to Eastrail through and past Totem Lake, and was in Woodinville near the Sammamish River by 10:30 am
@bobco85 you definitely passed me. I was on 520 around 7ish and got to Totem Lake around 10:30.
@paulconstant in that case, a belated hello 👋🏻
