So will women of childbearing age, LGBTQ & Black people (& their allies), teachers & scholars who value public ed. and intellectual freedom, and parents who'd rather protect kids than guns all begin to make their way from red states to free states?

A brief glance at your bio suggests that you are already aware of the many, many impediments to groups just up & leaving where they live, either here or abroad.

The premise you start from has to be girded upon the answers to a ton of other questions; many of them exceedingly difficult to arrive at.
