Bicycle wheels have been transformed into snails, flowers and the ocean for an art installation during this week’s Romsey Festival.
Transition Town Romsey invited many local groups including young carers, dementia services and adults in supported living to take part in workshops and design their own wheel using upcycled junk.
Now they are being displayed throughout the festival on the train station railings.
What a colourful way to engage the local community and start a conversation about our impact on nature! Funded by a Transition Together seed funding grant thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund.
