Suddenly I am seeing a lot of very interesting people I used to follow on Tw***** posting on here and I think - great - then when I look they are simply reposts from there and there is no possible interaction on here. Come on folks that’s not good enough!

It pisses me off tbh. Be here, be there, it's their prerogative even if I don't agree, but FFS don't just repost from twitter just to take up space here without any thought of interaction. It illustrates that it's all about them, their numbers, their reach, their influence. I can do without it.

@MostlyTato I agree for many it is just about them, but some really really could do with having a think - a classic being #TheGoodLawProject which does great work but is not interacting here. But yes I am getting more and more exasperated because I am now noticing how many are doing this.

I originally had a filter to stop cross posting, but they get around that. Annoyingly, I've seen quite a few accounts from the other place that I respected adopt this shadow posting policy. I think it's time to unfollow them.

@MostlyTato I did think about that but if I unfollow them they won’t even notice, so my choice is to react. I understand your view too.
