I'm on hold for *hours* this afternoon, determined to finally get through to CRA.

At 17:26, the on-hold music stops, and I hear a recorded message saying "our offices are now closed."

CRA, every part of this task has been a *huge* failure. No way to get through to you. #Canada #CRA

@charette #CRA is a joke, terrible ... They are only good at 'low hanging fruit' type things such as coming after vulnerable ppl ... Not even good at picking up the phone, remember the Panama papers and other leaks? No actions whatsoever

@charette Try being a tax pro and needing to talk with them on a regular basis. Not fun.

Complaints can go to Di LeBouthilier as the Minister or Chair Bob W K Hamilton. But nothing will change. Been that way for years and getting worse.
