@flexghost I spent a large part of my IC career analyzing bioscience and bioweapons technologies. He is entirely full of shit. Despite years of breathless speculation about cutting edge bioscience research, no one could or would produce, deploy, or be able to control such a weapon today, nor could they do so decades ago when the Russians had the first fever dream about it. It was a fanciful idea that eventually made its way into the press and non-expert people went nuts about it.
