I joined SAG in 1959, a member for 64 years.

In 1960, Ronald Reagan led the call for an actor’s strike. He riled up a meeting at the Hollywood Palladium shouting “Strike, strike, strike!”

I voted for the actors’ strike authorization this June and support the WGA.

We're in solidarity.

@fuzzface @georgetakei It's all about fair compensation, isn't it? If firms get to use your likeness in perpetuity in new works, you should get residuals in perpetuity for new works. Fair is fair.
