wyvernsrose@grumpysmiffy its good we have made use of it on and off over the years, generally more productive than phone calls
@wyvernsrose I'm useless on the phone, and avoid at all costs. Cool with text chats, but generally more complicated than a bot can handle. But very pleased with this experience, and glad to hear that you have had similar.
