I joined SAG in 1959, a member for 64 years.

In 1960, Ronald Reagan led the call for an actor’s strike. He riled up a meeting at the Hollywood Palladium shouting “Strike, strike, strike!”

I voted for the actors’ strike authorization this June and support the WGA.

We're in solidarity.

There were a couple movies I had planned to catch this summer (Oppenheimer). That’s on hold until the strikes are resolved. Won’t cross the picket line. Hope the studios do the right thing- quickly.
