Is there a day of any given year that is least special?
Is there a day of any given year that is least special?
If there were, it would be special for being the Least Special Day.
(I suspect it’s in August.)
Well we'd need to establish some rules, before anything else. First off, what counts as a holiday? Obviously I think religious ones like the winter holidays should count, but what about the "Hallmark holidays" like Mother's Day and Father's Day? What about government-recognized holidays? What about social awareness holidays like Earth Day? Should famous birthdays count? If so, where is the line drawn on how famous that person needs to be? Jesus' birthday is kind of a big one, but how about Elvis' birthday?
Questions like these keep me up at night.
For me it’s honestly my birthday, February 14 aka Valentine’s day.
I don’t really have anyone else to celebrate with other than close family, so it’s never really meant anything to me other than adding a number.
but if you found the least special day, that would make it quite special, wouldn’t you say?
so it would have to be next one, but wait.
all i’m saying is be careful before you collapse the universe
If you are a Grateful Dead fan, there are five days that are the least interesting: gratefuldeadoftheday.com/01-09-1965/
Jan 1, Jan 19, Feb 29, Aug 9 and Dec 25.
Those are the only days of the year that they never played a concert.
Feb 29 is special because it only happens once every 4 years, tho.
I would think the least remarkable day, the day that is least special would be just, like… Tuesday.
18th January, at least in 2024.
i did, go take a look, even post something if you want!
