Not sure how I feel about this. Employees should not be harassed. But setting precedents for corporations to sue individuals based on their interactions with employees is a dangerous dance. I just told a mod in another sub they handled a user posting in the wrong space poorly. What if that could be seen as harassment? Altogether though definitely don’t be a racist shitbag.

Comer then proceeded with a campaign of what the court describes as “carpet bombing” the community manager with texts and “hideous, bigoted voicemails,” including multiple requests “to create options in its game in which only persons of color would be killed.”

Are you threatening to kill someone? Are you barraging people with racial slurs? No? Then you’re fucking fine. Freaking out about slippery slopes quickly gets into BS Conservative territory. “Oh, if I can’t say hateful racial slurs, what’s next 1984? Gonna lock me up for free speech?”

Or “if we let gays marry, what’s next? People and animals?”

All it does is defend bad actors and neuter the ability to maintain some level of justice and civility. It’s not impossible to draw the line somewhere.
