One week ago, a court in California ruled that employers cannot be sued for spreading COVID to their workers due to lack of protections.
This week, In-N-Out banned their employees from wearing masks.
This is horrible.

@luckytran More seriously, *of course* we were going to lose a few court cases before a judge and jury got the cojones to actually decide the case based on the law. I just hope that this doesn't go to this Supreme Court and set precedent.
Otherwise, we'll have to wait until some more enlightened country decides in the favour of reality and the rule of law.
