One week ago, a court in California ruled that employers cannot be sued for spreading COVID to their workers due to lack of protections.
This week, In-N-Out banned their employees from wearing masks.
This is horrible.
Mike Says No@luckytran they actually ruled they can’t be liable for spreading it to household members of employees, which I kind of expected. They can still be on the hook to employees for this I’m pretty sure.
