1/ Russia is reported to have created a secret high-security prison in Moscow, possibly for the detention of generals and high-ranking MOD officials. A building in the 2nd Western District Military Court was redesigned in late 2022 to incorporate cells and interrogation rooms. ⬇️

2/ The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel has published apparently leaked architectural plans and photographs of the facility, which it says is located next to the notorious Lefortovo prison in central Moscow. The building has been used by the military district court for many years.

3/ According to VChK-OGPU, "in October 2022 the chairman of the 2nd Western District Military Court V.A. Osin concludes a contract with the general director of "Asteria" Ltd., a certain A.A. Saidov, that the building should be urgently waterproofed in the basement. The technical order is accompanied by photos of the place of work.

This time it is about creating a ventilation system for the basement, working out a solution for forced extraction of air and installing all this stuff. The technical task specifies the scheme of the basement: in total there will be 9 rooms, they are united by a system of passages and corridors, and numbers 2-6 are cells for detainees."

It's not clear who if anybody is being held there. However, there have certainly been a number of high-profile scandals involving senior military and civilian defence officials over the past year, including the recent disappearance of Air Force chief General Sergey Surovikin.

ВЧК-ОГПУ выяснил и нашел подтверждающие документы, что за последнее время в московском регионе было создано сразу несколько секретных изоляторов для высокопоставленных служащих (преимущественно генералов) Минобороны, ФСБ РФ и ряда других ведомств. Рядом с камерами непременно находятся и комнаты для допросов, а охраняют высокопоставленных заключенных бойцы спецназа.  Сегодня мы расскажем и покажем три таких объекта. Объект 1. . ВЧК-ОГПУ выяснил, что в конце прошлого года одно из зданий 2-ого Западного окружного военного суда (расположен рядом с СИЗО Лефортово) переоборудовали в тайный изолятор на несколько камер и кабинетов для допросов. Речь про двухэтажное старинное здание по адресу переулок Госпитальный 4А в центре столицы. Там уже много лет заседает военный суд, поэтому многие посетители и служащие в курсе – никаких казематов там раньше не было. Однако уже в октябре 2022 председатель 2-го ЗОВСа Осин В.А. заключает контракт с гендиректором ООО «Астерия» неким Саидовым А.А., что в здании следует срочно выполнить гидроизоляцию подвала. К техзаданию прикрепляют и снимки места проведения работ. А через несколько дней тот же председатель Осин подписывает еще один договор уже с ООО «ПРОФ ИНЖИНИРИНГ». На этот раз речь о создании системы вентиляции цокольного этажа, проработке решения по принудительной вытяжке и монтаже всего этого добра. В техзадании указана схема подвала: всего там будет находиться 9 помещений, их объединяет система проходов и коридоров, а номера 2-6 это камеры для задержанных.
