SocializedHermitI would do it, I mean the carpet sucks and the stock lighting is awful but the deck isn’t bad, decent view of the slough. Basic amenities are serviceable. If I were a single guy and wanted to live in the area I’d consider it. The HOA fees are too much unless it comes with security.
