Gregory Nerland@rbreich Not sure that the Fed should claim victory. That would sound a little like, “Mission Accomplished.” The Fed should, however, be pleased with this development, consider future rate adjustments with great care, and maybe even acknowledge that the work of the Fed is not the sole trigger for inflation to rise or to fall.
