Newhouse Wildlife Rescue on Instagram: "Well now I’ve seen everything…. A man contacted us a few weeks back about a baby bunny he accidentally stepped on. He didn’t see it and he felt horrible. The baby bunnie’s back leg was broken, but we were able to fix it. She was released on our property a few days ago. She has since made her way into Nibi’s semi aquatic enclosure and they have….well, they have become friends. Every morning the young bunny takes advantage of the extravagant meals Nibi gets and eats beside her. Nibi doesn’t mind at all. The bunny has been following her around the enclosure. I have never heard of nor seen anything like this…"
