Business jet owned by Aman Resorts & CEO Vladislav Doronin has been grounded since November. The jet is operated and managed by Malta- and Russia-based Emperor Aviation, sanctioned because it coordinated travel for relatives of Suleiman Kerimov.
The sanctions are not directly tied to Doronin and Aman; however, the Bombardier Global Express aircraft has been on OFAC’s “Specially Designated Nationals” list for nearly nine months.
Last year I broke a story about Vlad Doronin and Aman Resorts, which had launched Aman New York in the Crown Building near Trump Tower in NYC.
I found that a subsidiary of Doronin's OKO Group, 730 Fifth Upper LLC, was a significant tenant of Trump Tower.

I'm glad to see Neil #Gorsuch's cousin's $60 million windfall gets a mention in this piece too. Weird how someone can buy a piece of property for $10 million and sell it less than a year later for $75 million - to an apparent Russian oligarch of all people. I'm sure everything is just totally on the up-and-up, there.
