RickWoke up to a flat #bike tire yesterday, luckily I already had a bike repair planned for another issue I have.
Thankfully the #Veloretti customer support is amazing and immediately sent me parts & will cover the cost for that repair.

@aetios I fear VanMoof is a sinking ship at this point. Pretty sad because they have a lot of promising technology, I think they’ve just grown too big.
