@mmiasma thanks! yes I remember the Oraclepocalypse too. from the outside. I did Java FT for years and Oracle was like right up there with Microsoft for worst possible inheritors of its imo. haha
I met a few of the Sun Java/concurrency experts at confs, way back. I had independently fiscovered a bug in Java 1-1.3's threading/GC impl. good times
