I have. No one has addressed the problem of consent.
No, you really haven’t. Nobody is “mutilating” trans kids, and it’s because those kids can’t give consent.
Tell me, when do you give puberty blockers? Is it at puberty?

Or you know, therapy.
Therapy is there to help you live with who you are, not to convince you you are someone you aren’t.
And then their therapist will recommend gender affirming care, which may include puberty blockers :)
Not every therapist, and those that do are awful.
How, exactly, is a therapist awful for giving sound medical advice? Keep in mind, you’re not qualified to say whether they’re a good idea. Neither am I. But the people who are haven’t found a problem.
Because self harm is not the answer.
Then it’s a good thing that gender affirming care, such as puberty blockers, isn’t self harm.
