@w7voa so this just means that Florida will be expecting the Federal government to bail out Floridians. The very government that for decades under Republican rule and blockading of Congress has fought tooth and nail against preventing climate change.

The Republican way is always the absolute worst way to solve any national or global crisis. Climate change, pandemic, war, they eff it up in the most inefficient ways. The only thing the excel at is enriching the already rich.
