@MarkRuffalo I prompted ChatGPT to write a summary of a middlingly popular education book, and it was awful, clearly written by scraping reviews of the book (which apparently missed the point of the book). It’s going to be difficult to prove that OpenAI didn’t train itself on “Fair Use” materials alone. I doubt it’s going to be a game-changer…if it even goes to trial.
