Best neighborhood on the blue line? - lemm.ee

Looking to move to Chicago, I want to be on the blue line for easy access to O’Hare. Which neighborhoods should I consider?

Depends on what you prioritize. I think most of the folks I know settled in the Wicker Park or Logan square neighborhoods.
I agree. Also budget is important and how much you want to travel around chicago when you’re here. I knew someone who lived in Rosemont and was happy with it, except for the commute since the trains went into the town instead of straight east.

The areas around the Jefferson Park and montrose blue line stops are affordable and safe, but not as exciting as the neighborhoods further east. My wife and I rented around there for several years, a couple of them without a car.

I miss being close to the blue line. Now I have to take the harlem bus to the blue line. Harlem sucks.
