The question is will fifa brand their own game. It’d be smart for them to do so.
Who do you think will make it? With the amount they were asking for the license, no one else is going to buy that. So not sure how it will work out.
They’ll need to find a publisher with really deep pockets like who can afford to license the FIFA brand, leagues, clubs, and, players to compete with EA.
That’s a big investment, specially with the amount of money Fifa is asking for the license. I don’t think we are going to get a ‘FIFA’ game any time soon.
They could see if e football is interested or they could fund their own game. The game markets itself to the unaware which I’d argue a lot of people who play sports games a lot would fall into that category.
Yeah, I think making it themselves seems like an only option, but making a game yourself isn’t easy.
Would be interesting to see if they change anything, or if it’s just Fifa 24.
