Alright I’ve now Played A Fortnite (on stream this evening).
Zero Build mode is (unsurisingly) fun!
It’s a battle royale, they’re fun.
The menu UI, however, is an absolute hellscape.
I assume it’s designed this way specifically to trick people into spending (which, I mean they ARE, Epic was successfully sued for this). But holy SHIT they’re ugly.
I tend to get hooked on it for a week or two every couple months. I'm an "achievement chaser", but in the past few chapters, they've made some of the quests only accessible in build modes. This is a LOT less fun.
Unless you're willing to spend hours programming/refining macros for your specific setup, you stand no chance in build modes. "Cranking 90s" has devolved into "pushing a hot-key to automate cranking 90s".
Also, the prevalence of aim-bots is ABSURD in anything ranked.
