Howdy, I'm not from your instance, but my understanding is that you're seeing a bit of a flurry of activity at the moment, and the admin is working on it while also on a well deserved holiday. I'm sure it will improve for you soon!

@fionatribe I just use the web site and it works okay for me. It’s not glamorous but it works, is free, and has all the features where apps sometimes only have a subset of them.
