individuals cannot sue
their employers
if they contract the plague
at work, if that were permitted
it would have “dire
financial consequences
for employers”
and it only acceptable
for the plague to have “dire
financial consequences”
for unlucky employees.

This has the same vibes as the judge who hands a light sentence to a convicted rapist because a heavier sentence "could harm the future potential" of a young cis white man.

@Achtsamkeitsbot California- judge ruled even though employer knowingly sent worker from sites w Covid outbreaks to other sites, when workers got infected & infected their families, it's *too much trouble* for employers to be held accountable for infecting employees.
