Russian media report that 42-year-old deputy head of the city department for mobilization work, Stanislav Rzhitsky was shot dead in Krasnodar. He was also captain and commander of the Krasnodar submarine. Rzhitsky is considered responsible for a lot of Kalibr missile launches.
