Finished work for the day!!

Normally I would fill an early finish doing exercise on the balcony but there is a lot of ~demolition dust~ outside so inside it is 💪🏽

I use the Centr/Chris Hemsworth app lol. Today's class is "HIIT HIRT Strength: Energize & shape" and I need dumbbells.

I feel like I've gone full circle.

I used to follow exercise YouTube channels back in the day, then I started going to the gym and studio exercise classes before COVID, but now I'm back using on-demand classes using an exercise app (albeit paid app).

All about that flexible choice that works for your lifestyle!!

What are some of your favourite mobile apps?? Things you can't live without, make your life easier, anything from serious to fun!!

Also, #Brickit. Via the phone camera, the app can look at your Lego piles and offer you builds you could make.

@WhombeX oh that Lego one sounds very interesting!!
@WhombeX @WeAreBrisbane some of us have shamefully large piles of Lego though...
