The dinner I made for some friends, I forgot to take picturesso these are the pictures a friends took and some of them he was part way through the dish when he remembered to take a picture.

* vichyssoise with oil dressed leeks and crispy pork belly as garnish
* poutine with thousand layer potatoes and home made cheese curds (gravy not pictured)
* a ravioli filled with a cheese sauce, dressed in brown butter
* Literally just a burger
* Watermelon sorbet
