I'd also be curious as to what may drive people away or prevent people from following, so consider voting in this if you've ever unfollowed or considered doing so (you can choose more than one!):

@dungeons Regarding my vote for "posts too frequently" - this is a Mastodon problem rather than a bot problem. The posts from the bot where filling up my Home feed and making me miss most of the other posts there. Putting the bot on a list does not work since posts shown on a list have to also show on the Home feed. I had to create a separate account just to follow the bot to solve that problem.
@phantomkitty @dungeons did you ever find the toggle to hide from Home that I mentioned? It seems to not be present on Tusky or the Mastodon app, but it's on web
@astrelion @dungeons I am using the Mastodon website and don't see that hide from home option when I create/edit a list. Maybe that is only available on the mobile app.
@phantomkitty @dungeons it might only appear after you've actually created the list and go back into its settings?

@astrelion @dungeons Ah ha! I think it is the settings on the Mastodon server itself that I was trying to do the list on. I just tried creating the list on this server and I do see the option, but not on the server that I did the screen shot from. So must be a server configuration issue.

I just have all the bad luck trying to do these things. Thanks for the help!
