@mivox @Radical_EgoCom They started adding massive amounts of every kind of soy in 2019, including high olec hydrogenated soybean oil. It’s taken me until this year to unclog my liver from it, and it’s caused me to develop a soy allergy. I now can’t eat any form of soy or my digestion shuts down.
