Dope Old Person
Following on from a reflective and possibly also stressful few days, for a laugh: here's me 40 years ago posing around our house ( there are also garden shots) in clothes I'd made ( at home, but I had started art college by then) - making my Mum not only take this photos, but trail to obscure parts of London to shops of 1980s designers & stuff like that. I can't actually find photos of the event my Mum & I talked about (1/2)

(2/2) but off my own back I entered a competition, in my final year when I should have been concentrating on that, and I got through to the semi finals. I had to make the clothes at college ( to despair not delight of tutors) and had actually forgotten my Mum came to London with me for the day, which was on TV. Except those finer details we have forgotten!! The show! the presenter! The location? #PeppermintPark I think - also I didn't win, but .. Too many other thoughts... 1980s #London #fashion
