Games with crossplay between PC and Switch - Lemmy.world

Hello! I Don’t really know if this is the right place to ask about this, so if this post is a better fit somewhere else, please tell me :D Recently my friend bought a switch, but the rest of our friend group uses PCs, so i was wondering if you guys could recommend me some Crossplay games.
