I'm completely sold on Chilean environment minister Maisa Rojas. I'm convinced that if all environment ministers were like her and had a PhD in atmospheric physics we would have a much better chance of surviving the oncoming climate disaster.
Impressed by the fact the Chilean environment minister has a PhD in atmospheric physics, I looked up what qualifications the U.K.s' Zak Goldsmith has.
Zak Goldsmith has 4 A-Levels. I wish this wasn't a joke.
