@jannem I think pawoo.net is the only one that's suspended, due to content that's illegal in most Western countries. There are other Japanese instances that aren't suspended.

I'm fairly happy at #fosstodon but the english-only rule is a real problem, so I consider moving.
@jannem I don't think there's a central list for all instances—instances often disagree about what should be blocked. Some (like mastodon.social) publish their moderated instance list in the About section; some don’t.
