Good catch: @emptywheel listed it in text as "HP rediPhone," but the excerpted doc has it as "HB rediPhone."

@EarthOne @whatstheruckus THanks. It was a typo. I've rewritten that section to focus on the fact that there should be more active devices -- which is how they could get lost like it happened.
