ErikThat’s too harsh imho (the power corrupts thing). Telemetry can be very useful (see how Mozilla lately solved a bug in Firefox related to a specific version of the Linux kernel) so I’m willing to believe their intentions were right. But I agree it’s not a smart move and better to have made it opt-in taking the target audience of the distro into account.
